Plenty of space inside and out to relax with more parking than you will need, a 12 metre swimming pool to use during the summer and plenty of space to kick a ball around. Inside there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 showers and toilets. There is a new kitchen with open plan to the dining room and lounge. The house is able to be converted into 2 seperate self contained units, so if there is too much space and you only require 1 2 or 3 bedrooms, this can be catered for. The clever design enables 2 separate groups to share the space without being in each others pockets. This will need to be asked for when initially booking
