Valley Vista Eco Retreat is 31 hectares of rural delight. We are completely off grid and our way of doing things reflects this. We have a developing vineyard and an olive grove underway.
We cherish our eco credentials, with plans to create a wetland and to plant another native bush area.
Staying with us, you have full use of all the facilities and the right to wander around the farm at your leisure.
The Tiny House, while small, is a delightful place to stay, with stunning lake views. The two little decks add to the ambience and pleasure for your stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.
The Container Cottage is a comfortable motel style unit designed with you in mind. A large deck, complete with barbecue, adds to your total experience.
The Shepherd's Hut is the full glamping experience, with outdoor bath, bbq, privacy. All food is provided for you to cook, or we can deliver a ready made breakfast.
The Hibiscus Cube is for the budget conscious. With it's own deck and privacy, it is a great option. Currently using a shared bathroom. Breakfast delivered or dine with us.

Tracy's Boutique Cabin is set on 56 hectares tucked away in a rural valley that is less than one hour from Auckland's Harbour Bridge.

The Cabin is nestled away on our property and has elevated views of the farm. The Cabin is accessed from a private driveway, with on-site parking. Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast hamper every morning with continental and gluten-free options. Tea, coffee and milk is already provided in the accommodation.

For those guests who would prefer a gourmet cooked breakfast prepared by their host Tracy, that is available for an extra charge of $25 per person/daily.

The large open plan space offers a kitchen, bathroom, seating area, dining area and an ultra-comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet for your private use. Sumptuous towels and toiletries are offered.

There is also a lovely wood burner that is great when the weather cools down.

The couch can be converted into a bed with a plush feather topper for maximum comfort, so the capacity of The Cabin is 4 people.

The beachfront is a 2–3-minute drive, or 10-minute walk and sheltered from large ocean swells by several outlying islands. At one end of the Bay is rugged coastline leading you around rocks to the mermaid pool, or might like to access the pool by using the walking track at the top of Rapata Rd. Ohawini is over the hill with access to the Bay via the beach at half to low tide. Take a picnic to the beach or enjoy takeaways from Skips Fish N Chips on the waterfront. There are lots of rock pools to explore, magnificent Pohutukawa trees to picnic under or just to seek shade. The Bay has a local store providing groceries, fuel, and dive bottles.

Matakohe House is surrounded by a large, covered, sun-drenched deck overlooking picturesque blooms and water views.

The B&B has four bedrooms with en-suite, a communal lounge used by house guests which is both functional and comfortable with Large Screen Tv and a kitchenette where you can help yourself to tea or coffee and a treat.

Modern and beautiful three level accommodation, located at Cooper Beach in the Far North. Each level is self-contained and has its own entrance. There are two one bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom apartment with large well equipped kitchen. Beautiful golden sand beach lined with ancient Pohotukawa trees. Send an inquiry for a special rate if you would like to book out the entire three levels.

The property has direct beach access down to Coopers Beach, which is a beautiful beach to enjoy swimming and relaxing, or walk along to the Taumarumaru Recreation Reserve at low tide. Coopers Beach is a very safe beach for children to swim, as there is no drop off and the water is most often calm. Perfect for families of all ages.

The top apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen. The apartment sits amongst the treetops, and has the most magnificent ocean views, overlooking the whole of Doubtless Bay. This apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat.

The Ocean View Apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large well-equipped kitchen. The ocean views from this level are equally as breath-taking as the top apartment, and encompass the whole of Doubtless Bay.

The garden apartment is set amongst the garden with direct beach access just off the lawn. It has one bedroom, and one bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Glimpses of the ocean can be seen through the greenery surrounding the apartment.
